PF and ESI compliance

Employer registration, monthly payments and returns for provident fund and ESI.

About PF and ESI compliance

The Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) applies to establishments with 20 or more employees and can be taken voluntarily by smaller ones. Contributions are generally 12% from the employee and 12% from the employer on wages, paid by the 15th of the next month along with the monthly return (ECR). The Employees' State Insurance (ESI) scheme provides medical and cash benefits to employees earning up to the notified wage limit, currently Rs 21,000 a month, and generally applies to establishments with 10 or more employees. Contributions are also due on the 15th.

Late payment attracts interest and damages. We help register the establishment, onboard employees and file the monthly payments and returns.
